It’s Just Heavenly! Egg whites are beaten into a light fluffy meringue with grated Manchego sheep’s milk cheese and chopped chives gently folded in, then baked to create a billowy, golden nest for a perfectly warmed yolk. We serve this with diced red potatoes, seasoned with crushed rosemary and sage, then pan-fried AND baked for maximum crispiness.
