Dungeness Crab Cake

Takes the Cake! These cakes are loaded with succulent chunks of sweet Dungeness Crab meat and just enough crispy panko to hold it all together. We pan-fry to a golden brown and served atop lightly sauteed Organic Whole-Leaf Baby Spinach. Try some of our house-made Cayenne AIoli for a little added kick.
