How We Do Breakfast
We’ve done away with the “one-size-fits-all” breakfast.
That’s why you won’t see it listed with your room reservation. Prefer several courses served up with some conversation…or maybe something lighter while quietly taking in the view?

Our Served Four-Course Breakfast
We serve this Four-Course Feast at our communal table in the main dining room at 9 a.m. We like to use fresh, organic ingredients – some hand-picked from our very own orchard, greenhouse, and garden. Begin with a beautifully presented fruit course with juice, then a hot-from-the-oven homemade scone. Enjoy the entree you’ve selected, then finish with a little dessert to start your day off right.
We deliver our Boxed Breakfasts to your room fridge the afternoon before so you can enjoy them on your schedule… whether you’re planning an early start or sleeping in. These breakfasts are perfect for in-room dining, eating in the car, or even on a hike through the rainforest.

In-Room and Adventure Breakfasts
Choose from a variety of options perfect for taking on the room or enjoying in your suite or cottage–including lighter fare, vegan, pescetarian, and boxed “grab and go” gourmet offerings with muffins, oatmeal, granola, smoked salmon, yogurt, fruit, and other options.
Dungeness Crab Cakes
Our fresh Dungeness Crab Cakes are truly legendary….and stuffed with lots of delicious crab! We serve these on a bed of wilted organic baby spinach sauteed in a touch of sesame oil and finished with a dash of Alder smoked sea salt, garnished with a dab of spicy cajun-style aioli.
Eggs On A Cloud
One of the oldest written recipes for eggs, from 14th Century France…. we’ve updated this uber-classic especially for that “Insta-Wow” factor: a baked egg-yolk floating atop a savory baked egg-white meringue with Manchego cheese and chives. We pair it with triple-crispy red potatoes finished with a touch of sea salt for a truly divine breakfast.
King Salmon Hash
Smoked wild King Salmon from the icy waters of the Pacific Coast is combined with savory mashed red potatoes, sauteed with white wine and Italian seasonings and baked to a toasty golden-brown. We serve it croquette-style atop slightly wilted organic baby spinach for a truly exceptional take on traditional breakfast hash.
Picnics and Evening Snacks
Choose a romantic picnic for two, complete with wine and all the fixings packed in a picnic basket to enjoy in one of the many scenic picnic areas on the Olympic Peninsula (charcuterie and vegetarian options available)… Looking for an evening snack? We offer a charcuterie platter, fruit and cheese platter, or sweet tooth plate for you to enjoy in your suite or cottage.
Scotch Apples Crepes
There’s nothing like fresh-picked apples from our organic orchard…except when those apples are sauteed in scotch whiskey and nutmeg and rolled in thin crispy French crepes, topped with scotch cream cheese and toasted pecans, served with savory organic chicken apple sausage and homemade salted caramel sauce!
